THRST Coffee started as a way for our family to be able to spend more time together. The idea was to open a small shop with living space for our family upstairs and coffee lounge downstairs. We wanted a space we could invite the community in and get to know the people of Waco, and learn about the culture through hearing all the incredible stories past and present.

Grown in La Esperanza Yorito,Yoro region 100% Arabica ,shade-grown and meticulously dried. Locally roasted right here in Waco.
